In 2023 the DE&I Board were thrilled to welcome Élisabeth Moreno, former French Minister for Gender Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities.
Sanofi’s DE&I Board has invited external, influential, and independent outsiders experts to take part not just because we know they have great ideas about how to make DE&I a reality.
It’s because we know they won’t let us off the hook. They keep us inspired, and push us to achieve our ambitions, remove roadblocks, and make real progress. Ms Moreno joins award-winning social entrepreneur Ms Caroline Casey and DE&I pioneer and renowned thought-leader Dr Rohini Anand in advising us on building representative leadership, creating a work environment where employees can bring the best of their whole selves, and engaging our diverse communities to unleash innovation.
