Cancer & Work
We’re removing the stigma of cancer from the workplace. In 2023 we announced Cancer & Work: Acting Together. This 360° approach to caring for colleagues impacted by cancer and other critical illnesses is being rolled out globally in 2024. Built by employees who experienced cancer, it offers people benefits, resources, and the support of peers trained to counsel and to better manage the impact of the illness within teams.

This will be a year of intense engagement. Inspired by the amazing athletes of Team Sanofi, we’re celebrating teamwork as a force for driving equity and inclusion.
100 new Sanofi NextGen Scholars
Sanofi NextGen 2024 is welcoming another 100 new scholars, this time including our five new AMC countries: Germany, Spain, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. We’re excited to see what comes next for the healthcare leaders of tomorrow.
