France

In 2023, our Place d’Avenir edition leveraged our Paris 2024 sponsorship to coach young candidates from disadvantaged neighborhoods.

Algeria

We’re diversifying the talent pipeline through university partnerships and engagement, and effecting systemic changes to improve gender equity.

Mexico

We offer specially designed protective gowns to all pregnant women, so they can perform their work more comfortably as they go through physical changes.

Australia

Our Family Friendly Action Plan shows how we’ve met the National Work and Family Standards set by Parents At Work and UNICEF Australia. We welcomed new scholars in the third year of our NACCHO Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Pharmacist Scholarship.

Brazil

The Ethos Institute recognized us as the most inclusive company from the Brazilian pharma industry.(3)

South Africa

We’re the only multinational pharma company with Level 3 recognition for supplier diversity, supporting small businesses that are at least 51% black- or women owned.
