Disability

Globally, 16% of the world’s population have some form of disability. We’re putting our Workplace Accessibility Standard into action, creating concrete solutions that remove barriers some Sanofians face every day. Our ambitious WorkX 2.0 and Digital Accessibility standards ensure that by 2025 and beyond, 100% of people with disabilities will have full workplace and digital accessibility, including assistive software when they need it.

The Ability+ ERG was an essential partner in creating our WorkX 2.0 Strategy  to build an inclusive workplace, drive environmental stewardship, and revolutionize our work culture through digital enhancements and workplace improvements.

Ability+ formed a new partnership with PurpleSpace, the world’s only networking and leadership development hub for disability ERGs and networks, while continuing its work with The Valuable 500, ILO GBDN, and Disability:IN.

Generations

Our employees span five generations. The more than 20 local Generations+ chapters are making the most of what every one of those employees has to offer.

Investing in early talent is critical, so we’ve been forming partnerships with organizations such as One Young World to make sure we close intergenerational gaps, and our patient approach spans all generations. In 2023, Sanofi Brazil was our first entity to be certified as an Age-Friendly Employer.
