Culture and Origins
There are nearly 150 nationalities represented at Sanofi, and infinitely more cultures. Culture and Origins+ works to create awareness of those diverse cultures, facilitate knowledge sharing, and educate all so we can drive creativity and innovation. In 2023 Culture and Origins+ was a crucial actor behind our new partnership with UNESCO and providing mentorships through the Tent Partnership for Refugees.

Pride+ is our LGBTQ+ ERG, with over 20 local chapters running awareness campaigns and events. The work done by Pride+ is integral to our “embassy” approach to fostering a supportive, affirming environment for LGBTQ+ Sanofians, so that wherever in the world they may be, they will find a safe and welcoming space at work.
We’re proud to have been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation as a “Best Place to Work” for LGBTQ+ employees, and to partner with myGwork, the business community that offers a safe space where LBGTQ+ people can connect with inclusive organizations and find jobs, mentors, professional events, and news.
